The comeback kings? Only time will tell. The new tire offering, the PZero Velo series from Pirelli have been designed as a high-performance tire in keeping with the brands pedigree from the motorsports they better known for.

The three models take a colour coded language like that of their Formula 1 tires. Silver logo denotes their road racing model – PZero Velo; red – PZero Velo TT, which is a slick tire aimed at time trialing. Then blue – PZero Velo 4S, is their four seasons offering. Pricing is around the €40 mark depending from which retailer you buy them. The whole range is available now.
