Upping the budget to a still-very-affordable €1499.00 sees the Canyon Grail AL 7.0 upgraded with a full Shimano 2 x 11 speed 105 drivetrain and brakes. This adds a 1:1 34/34 ratio for long gravel climbs and shaves 400g from the weight. A WMS’s model is also available in this model with smaller Shimano 105 R7025 levers, a women’s specific Selle Italia X1 Lady Flow saddle, seven frame sizes and smaller 650B wheels in the 2XS and XS sizes.
