III. The Climax.

The infamous Mür dl Giat is the ultimate test. Named after the inhabitants of La Villa, the ‘cat wall’ has less than 46 m of climbing but don’t be fooled. Here you’ll witness people collapsing, crying, screaming, reduced to walking and limping. But don’t worry, the spectators are there to help and push you (mentally and often physically)! Only the cleverest, lightest or most experienced racers will have saved the requisite energy for this penultimate sprint.
